WELL... the boxes are built, the ground is ready, Now we need the SPECIAL soil, and some good weather...

Square Foot Gardening

The goal for the season...and into the winter

1. To have a productive garden.


2. To have fat and happy worms...from Teagan's Worm Bin.


3. No need to stoop, going to raise the beds.

In the beginning:

ADDED A DRAIN...

Well with ditch dug and pipe running down hill..

had to drain rain water from the house...

This trough runs from the garage to way in back... two to four feet deep, two wide...

DAY OUT together

Went to the beach for a sunset and caught a view...

But this little fellow wouldn't give up, he was so hungry he came with touch distance...

Projects are in full bloom

This view off our back deck shows steps and landing but no rail...
