JANA & BOONE HALL PLANTATION

Well Now one day we took off to BOONE HALL and did a little history check... very interesting...

After turning into the property the views change to a very pleasant soft undertone, with the White Oaks and Spanish Moss... the tours were good and enlighting...

The Slave quarters for the skilled, about six of these brick "HOMES" were home to up several families... The bricks were made on the property 'out back'...
"Indigo", a ink made from the leaves was the first and greatest crop made here, along with Pecans, cotton in the later years... this home was rebuilt twice, once in 1830 and again in 1935...
This view is on the way out... there are several gators on the property most were still in hibernation... but the views were great... almost movie quality huh...
